THE SUNFLOWERS

In the last term we have been working on drawing different kinds of flowers (starting with spring ones), so one of the most popular picture of flowers is: The Sunflowers by Vincent Van Gogh. We´ve been learning about his life and some other famous pictures, watching a video about him...after all we made our own versions of "The Sunflowers" and "Arlés Bedroom"

(Neste último trimestre estivemos traballando acerca de dibuxos de distintos tipos de flores (empezando coas de primavera) así que un dos cuadros máis famosos nos que aparecen flores é: Os Xirasois de Vincent Van Gogh. Estivemos aprendendo acerca da súa vida, vendo algúnhas das súas obras máis famosas, tamén vimos un vídeo acerca del...despois de todo fixemos as nosas propias versións das obras: "Os xirasois" e "A habitación de Arlés".

This was a very interesting activity! we had to listen to music and draw what we decided expressing our feellings .... Firstable they were a bit shy.... but at the end the activity aim was absolutely achieved!!!: have fun and relax through the music!!

(Esta foi unha actividade moi interesante! tiñamos que escoitar música e dibuxar o que cada un decidira expresando os seus sentimentos.... o principio estabamos un pouco cortadiños... pero ó final o obxectivo da actividade foi absolutamente conseguido!!! : disfrutar e relaxarse grazas á música!!)

Our first project in 6th primary: Making a flags memory game!!! (O noso primeiro proxecto en 6º de primaria: Facer un xogo de memoria de bandeiras!!!)

In this first project we´ve learnt a lot!!!
Firstable we started reviewing colours, shapes and simple instructions to follow the teacher.... then we worked in pairs... that was easy!!! one person had to go and have a look at the flags which was situated quite far, come back and say to his/her parter what he/she had seen.... ( the Italian flag has got three vertical strips....)when we finished colouring we stick them on cards and we cut them.

(Neste primeiro proxecto aprendemos moito!!.
Primeiramente empezamos este proxecto repasando as cores, formas e instruccións simples para porermos seguiren á mestra... logo traballamos en parellas...eso foi doado!! unha das persoas tiña que ir e mirar ás bandeiras que tiñamos lonxe de nós, voltar e decirlle ó compañeiro o que vira.... (a bandeira italiana ten tres tiras verticais...) cando acabamos de pintar pegámola en cartolinas e recortámolas.)
